- Information should not be duplicated in citations.
- N.p. and n.d. are space fillers, look for the information - Publisher/Sponsor and Date.
- Check the page for an update date, even if only a copyright year.
- Search for individuals listed as authors.
- Smallest to largest... "Article". Source/site. Sponsor/company/organization.
- A citation ends with: Update Date. Web. Date. <url>.
